These Terms are a placeholder template for Phase 1 launch; the final version is provided by the client before public launch.

UWS Learning provides an online video and PDF learning service. By creating an account you agree not to share account credentials, redistribute course content outside the platform, or use automated tools to mass-download video or PDF assets. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. Refunds are issued at our discretion through Stripe.
